For U.S. Orders

Handling Time

We normally ship your order within 1 business day upon ordering. 
Orders placed during the weekend (Saturday - Sunday) or holiday will be shipped the next Monday.

Orders that include pre-order items will ship in full once we receive stock of each item in our warehouse. In stock items ordered with the pre-ordered products will ship when the pre-ordered item is available. 

Shipping From

We have 2 warehouses around the globe.

For U.S. orders, our primary shipping origin is Los Angeles, CA. If some items are out of stock in LA, we will fulfill your whole order from HK warehouse via DHL eCommerce instead where inventory is more complete.

Shipping Method

For orders that weigh less than 16 oz, we ship via USPS First Class Package.

For orders that weigh equal to or more than 16 oz, we ship via USPS Priority Mail.

For orders shipping from HK warehouse, we ship via DHL e-commerce.

Estimated Delivery Time

It takes about 3 - 12 business days to arrive. 

Currently, we don't offer expedited shipping.

You could track your order on USPS website or DHL website with the tracking number we send to you in shipping confirmation email.
